Privacy Policy

Goalday Inc. (“Astralex,” “we,” “us”) operates astralex.ai (the “Site”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the Site and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site only — not the systems we build and hand over to client firms, which are governed by each engagement’s own terms.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Goalday Inc. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@astralex.ai.

2. What we collect

• When you book a consult. Our scheduling is handled by Calendly. The name, email address, and any answers you provide go to Calendly and are shared with us so we can schedule and prepare for the call. See Calendly’s privacy notice for how they process it.
• Analytics and advertising. Where applicable and, in the EEA/UK, only after you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use the Site and how our ads perform. These set cookies and similar identifiers. We use Google Consent Mode, so in regions that require it these tags stay off until you choose.
• Technical logs. Our host, Vercel, processes your IP address and basic request information to serve and secure the Site. This is standard server logging, not used to identify you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly collect special-category data through the Site.

3. Cookies and your choices

Only cookies needed to run the Site are set without your consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are governed by Google Consent Mode: if you’re in the EEA or UK, you’ll be asked before any are set. Anyone — wherever you are — can change this at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer, or by clearing cookies and using your browser’s controls. Declining stops analytics and advertising cookies.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies (you may withdraw it at any time); on legitimate interests for keeping the Site secure and operational; and, when you book a consult, on taking steps at your request before any engagement.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run the Site on our behalf: Google (analytics and advertising), Calendly (consult scheduling), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its service.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data there. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Consult details are kept for as long as needed to hold the call and follow up, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings. Server logs are kept only briefly for security and diagnostics.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you’re in California, you may request to know, delete, or correct your information and to opt out of any “sharing” for cross-context advertising — use Cookie preferences in the footer to opt out, or email us. To exercise any right, contact hello@astralex.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, give clearer notice.
